From the age of 10, fitness has been an extremely important aspect of my life. What started as a weight loss journey, quickly turned into a passion.
Upon graduating the Fitness & Health Promotion program at St.Clair College with academic distinction in 2019, I have spent the last 5 years working in a variety of different training outlets, such as working with clients 1 on 1, small/large group training and even having the opportunity to work with multiple youth sports teams. My knowledge and desire to help others achieve their fitness goals is forever growing.
